Could this be Hermetia sp. or something close to that? Or maybe Pachygastrinae?

Sorry that I cannot be more positive, but it is certainly not a Pachygasterinae, at least it does absolutely not look like the Pachygasterinae, which I know, although I see 3 M veins. The antennae, though, are completely different. Looking at the scutellum I can just say it is not a Hermetia. Given the wings I tend to think it is belonging to Stratiomyinae. I think Pachygasterinae never have spines on the scutellum.
