Spotty winged fly, Geomyza tripunctata? CONFIRMED

This is my first attempt at IDing a fly using this site... I think this may be Opomyzidae, Geomyza tripunctata. Am I right, and if so, can we tell from this picture if it's a male or a female, please? Best wishes, Ginks PS: On sage bush in garden in Mid-Essex, autumn 2010. Geomyza tripunctata indeed! From this picture I cannot tell you whether it's a male or a female.
