John Smit should be able to tell. My guess is Tephritis matricariae, but I am not too familiar with the family.

Campiglossa, but I must chose among producta, the most widespread and common (verrry probably this is it), martii and freidbergi, which are really local, and no characters to distinguish them with certainty, are present.
