I think I see one down curved bristle in the first one, so it is Voria ruralis. The second one bearing three post-DC, that is a more common character in Blondeliini rather then in Eryciini.

Argh ... yes, I see now - these are 2 species of fly mixed together ... no wonder they confused me. Definitely Voria in the first 3 ... still unsure about the second species
