Trichoceridae_Trichocera sp.(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 700 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 03.01.2012 the snow surface air temperature of + 3 degree Celsius.

You were lucky to come along the species that is easily distinguished by female ovipositor - this is Trichocera major
