Please determine Tipulidae. Region Malá Fatra -Terchová about 700 m above sea level, coniferous forest. Photography was done 02.01.2012. the snow surface air temperature of + 1 degree Celsius.

And this one also looks like Trichocera major - although genitalia are not visibile enough, but more or less aggree with this species description. One more thing in favor of T.major - you found female somewhere around the same area.
