 Around 2-3 mm., this micro diptera was on ivy yesterday. Difficult photo with my Sigma 180mm. and extension tube, too small.

 I'd say, a male Ceratopogonid (see http://diptera.in...to_id=2927 and http://diptera.in...to_id=5976).
