Maybe some Geranomyia (Limoniidae, Limoniinae). Long rostrum is characteristic. -Jukka Salmela |

Of 11 spp. of Geranomyia recorded from Colombia so far only G. eurygramma Alexander, 1928 (Ann. ent. Soc. Am. 21: 107) has general colouration green; this is quite probably just a teneral female though (and no. of species might be times bigger). |
