Hello, I found this wasp dead in the water of a pound in the north of Morocco, in the rif, about 1700 meters above the sea, in a forest of Cedrus atlantica and Abies maroccana. Sepsis it is (not a wasp...) but the image is not sufficient to say it is fulgens. With the specimen I could say more, but if you manage a good shot of the fore legs (femur) it might be sufficient.
