Dear Peter, My suggestion would be Tipula (Tipula) paludosa; females have the wings shorter than the abdomen; this seems to be case. To be sure, count the antennal segment, 14 in paludosa, 13 in all other members of Tipula subgenus (Tipula). Have a look at http://nlbif.eti.uva.nl/ccw/ for more informaton.
