A very leggy Dolichopodid collected at UV light, Florida, USA, June 10 2011. Can genus be determined (with its very long coxae, I suspect Neurigona; the face reminds me of Chrysotus). Body length is approx. 3.2 mm.

I guess Dactylomyia lateralis Say (Neurigoninae), the only species of this genus in North America.
