Muscidae or Fannidae? Found in a garden in the outskirts of Madrid in November 2011. Thanks in advance for any help!

Orbitals not in line with the frontals, prealar long, midtibia with av and parafrontal prominent...... Looks like some Phorbia sp. (but distal oviscapt; end of female terminalia looks strange to me) Edited by javanerkelens on 20-11-2011 22:58 |

Not Phorbia female, ovipositor not laterally compressed and blade-like for slitting grass stems for egg laying. More like 2 small pad-like and setulose cerci. May be a Delia species? |
