It is Oswaldia by me (lateral scutellar bristles long), though costal spine a little too long. Maybe it's O. reducta? - I see only 2 dc before the suture, facial ridges above the vibrissa without bristlets (acr before the suture I see only 2 but quality of photos doesn't preclude the existence third acr).
