Heleomyzidae (?) from 29.10.11: with spotted wings --> no Heleomyzid -> Palloptera scutellata?

Hello! There many blue and orange Heleomyzidae, but I did not find one with such marked wings in the gallery. Ca. 5 mm, at light in garden (northwest Germany). Yes, Pallopteridae is OK ! concerning species name wait please for Jan Willem ;-)
