Hello! Sorry, I did not manage to take better pictures . I am not even sure about the family. About 4 mm, at light in garden (northwest Germany).

I always bear them in mind as small, almost overall black or dark brown flies... But I already had Sphaerocera curvipes with yellowish legs (at least the females).
