Again I think Muscidae. With the hairy eyes and black haltere I'd be looking around Hebecnema (nigra?) |

Have a look at the anterior femur : it is notched ! This is a male Hydrotaea, probably H. armipes, but I'd want to see better the hind femur to be sure. Stephane. |
