This has been on the wall all day and wont budge!
Its about an inch long, a cranefly?

It seems to have the short A2 of Trichoceridae. In my area it would be a Trichocera.

It is Trichocera indeed and might be T.annulata, if the abdomen really has dark bands as I see from the image Wink
