Coastal area in southern Spain

Photograph taken on October, 27, 2011, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
There were several very close. Only those who were in intercourse, took longer to fly and let me take the pictures.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 2 mm

Grateful for your help.
As I have no knowledge to identify, edit the title to see specialists tell us the genre.
