Helina evecta(male) is the correct name? Thank you very much. Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 10.07.2011.

I don't think this is a Helina, since it seems to have a posterodorsal seta on tibia 3. I'd guess Phaonia. |
