Coastal area in southern Spain

Photograph taken on October, 20, 2011, in the bathroom of my home, urban areas in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 2 mm

It is more or less what Megaselia scalaris looks like but I am not certain it is that species.

Edit the title to try to find the confimación to your proposal.
Is there any particular expert specializing in Phoridae ...?
It may give you more data to expert specialist if appropriate ...
