Coastal area in southern Spain
Photograph taken on October, 09, 2011, in the wetlands of the Suįrez Pond in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 4-5 mm

The hunting scene took place in surroundings. The fly trapped, could be of the same species, but I can not say.

It appears to have M bent forward almost meeting R, so it should be superfamily Oestroidea. Tachinidae?

Looks more like some Calliphorid to me.

I can only once again make explicit my ignorance and lack of preparation to identify.
So I always appreciate your expert opinion, and the help you give me to identify the flies that I have photographed
But my lack of preparation, I can not comment on possible differences of opinion among experts.
Edit the title you give alternatives to try to advance in the identification of the fly photographed.
Very grateful for your opinions and help and a warm greeting.
