Coastal area in southern Spain

Photograph taken on October, 08, 2011, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 7-8 mm
It first flew the one on the left. The second photo is located on the right

Not sure, but I think perhaps Pegomya (Anthomyiidae).
