Muscidae from N Spain to ID, please (possible Phaonia)

Hi, once more!!!

Now I bring this beauty, I think it's Muscidae but I'm not sure. I hope it can be identified. The pictures were taken in the outskirts of Oviedo, N Spain, on September the 8th. It was on a wooden rail by a little river with plenty of trees along.

Thanks a million, Paul!!! Smile After almost a month I had lost hopes to hear an opinion, LOL!

If it's a Phaonia, it's different to other Phaonias I've photographed, so it's new to me! I hope somebody can tell something else...
