Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 7-8 mm

Add another photo. At the same time and place, but could be a model different. But I think in the same species.

Sorry, but it is surely not brunipes. In brunipes: - antennal segments 1-2 or sometimes 1-3 are black, not yellow.
From these photos it is Notiphila sp. only.Frown

I am very grateful for the information that makes me an expert.
I've changed the title in the sense that tells me.
I only take pictures of these small and varied insects. And, as in this case, try to compare with the copies that may exist in the galleries of Diptera Info. So always try to compare my views with the opinion of those who are the experts. And always accept, respect and appreciate the expert opinion.
