 Hylemya vagans(female) is the correct name? Thank you very much. Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 17.09.2010.

 I think this one is H. nigrimana (wholly yellow fore femur, olive dusting on mesonotum).
