Photographed 03.07.2011. Looks very similar to that from 30.06.2011, but different number of postsutural dc setae... 4 on this fly, 3 on the one from 30.06.2011 (in previous post). Different species or families??? Size 7-8 mm.

I think it is Phaonia angelicae.
