Tephritis sp. ex nigricauda-dioscurea group (nigricauda or spreta - I do not think they actually are synonyms)

Seems that the Tephritidae taxonomy is now being revised? I'm quite interested in this matter... Are there any paper about this? Thanks for your comments. |

Severin and I work on Tephritis step by step, but my own main work is focused on the Palaeotropical Pyrgotidae. Bernhard Merz recently published only Emirates reviews. John Smit published a book on Dutch tephritids. Saeed Mohamadzade has started revision of Iranian fauna. Marc DeMeyer works mostly with Afrotropical Ceratitidini. This is all at the moment on this side of Atlantics. Or are you more interested in the general classification? Val |

Thanks, Valery. I'm interested mainly in neartic tephritids, but I think that's better to have a global vision about the group, so I'll search first about this authors, and after this, about general classification. |
