I just searched the site and found the ocelli are surrounded by a dark plate, which this has! I found a Gymnochiromyia sp. which looks very similar... http://www.pbase..../135671284 It appears that Gymnochiromyia has only 4 bristles on the scutellum, mine looks to have more.
