Two postalar setae, if present in a Dichetophora specimen, are sitting very close together and both pairs of them nearly in a horizontal line with prescutellars. Nevertheless there seems to be a second European species in this genus with only one postalar but not represented in Scandinavia. Regards Piet |

I would add that D. oblitera has bicolor femora (well marked red tip), and a shorter, less pointed 3d antennal segment.
