That thing that looks like a Phaonia bristle could be something in the background (because is seems to continue on the other side of the tibia), so perhaps this is a Helina.

It looks very like Phaonia rufipalpis, but one picture is rarely sufficient for Muscidae (as for other families). Is the flagellomere yellow at base, is the prealar very short ?

I can't see the "Phaonia bristle" on the left hind leg, so Stephen could be right with Helina. I can't conclude anything with these pictures.
