Chironomidae Procladius choreus? female

With the hairy wing it should be Procladius (Holotanypus). American females of the subgenus are generally not identifiable to species. Your European species seem to have more color that can possibly distinguish them. The key to British males lists darkened distal part of wing as a character that separates choreus from one other species, but you have five species of the subgenus in total.
