Bulgarian Tephritid species 2

This Tephritid fly, about 2.5mm long, was swept from Tanacetum vulgare at Bansko, Bulgaria on 3 Aug 2011. I think it is Tephritis tanaceti but would be very grateful for confirmation from someone more experienced than I am that I have this identification correct. Yes, you are right. However, the difference of T. tanaceti and T. dioscurea is so negligible that I consider them one species. This group has not been properly studied yet.
