on wound of oak Heleomyzidae?

Can you ID this fly.
Found on wound of old oak in East part of The Netherlands 4 june in mixed forest.
Although the photo's are made in poor light conditions and poor quality still some clear identification marks may be visible: spots and long bristles on scutum, two colour antenne, orange spot/callus? at border of notopleuron, dark borders of tergite/sternite with long black bristles, scutellum tip light color. Is this Eccoptomera?

Hard to say :-(. The characters you quoted are not enough to decide about the generic name !Frown
