It looks like Geomyza tripunctata but reddish thorax gives rise to doubt me. Northern Poland, Ostrzyce (CF11), 25.06.2011

It is indeed a female of Geomyza tripunctata. This species is rather variable in colouration. But take care, if you find a similar species with a realy reddish thorax, you could also be dealing with G. nartshukae.
