Very small flies (10.+20.07.11) --> Chloropidae and Drosophilidae

Hello! Two very tiny Brachycera. I wonder, if the one on the third picture is the same family/species as the one on the first two (it's from ten days earlier). About 1.5-1.8 mm, at night at lamp in garden (northwest Germany). The first two are Chloropidae (Aphanotrigonum?), the third is Drosophilidae (I think!)

That's strange to me, first one shows Oscinellinae and second one shows Chloropinae??!!!

It was running around, and I was following with my camera to get at least one or two sufficient pictures. I just can say: Yes Jari, you are right, it is Tricimba, just maybe cincta!! I can't see some characters for sure in pics of 1 and 2 about cincta species!
