Is it possible to determine this fly?

Location: Greece, Athens, at the acropolis
Date: 18. April 2009
Length: around 12 mm

Indeed very likely either fera or magnicornis, I'd favour magnicornis, but females are very difficult.

(and science is not a beauty contest)
