Stratiomyidae - Oxycera leonina / male?

Hello, I found this Stratiomyidae at Stuttgart (Germany) in a deciduous wood in an little damp place on July 12th, 2011. She was about 5 mm in size. I think it is a male of Oxycera leonina.
