 Photo from 08.07.2011, coastal area in northern Norway. I guess Tipulidae is difficult to determine from photos, especially females. Will give it a try anyways.

Very quick flight compared to other Tipulidae I've seen in my area. Bodylength close to 20 mm.

 This is some sg. Lunatipula, but I hesitate to suggest any species name. Lateral aspect of the female terminalia would be nice.
