Last weekend in a zone of mediterranean mountain with low and crystalline river. Attracted by bird drop in a fence, near Rubus ulmifolius in flower. Arnes, Iberian System mountains, Castellon, E Spain. Size as a Calliphora. Metallic green abdomen. Can somebody identify it? Thanks! ![]() ![]() |

Obrigado Rui. Others said me the same, Protocalliphora azurea. However, is absolutely different to the fly that I have photographed as P. azurea (completely blue and a bit smaller).
