If bluish than should be Epicampocera succincta.

Yes, this fly is bluish and big too, about 6-7mm. It seems to be different from the one I uploaded a few days ago and of which Chris and I decided it looks like a Epicampocera succincta. But it is a smaller fly and more greyish. I will upload it here so you may see a difference or equality...?
