Can this be identified to subgenus? Should be Pararhamphomyia. I do not recognise the genitalia.

Melander wrote that males of Pararhamphomyia are holoptic. Is that no longer always true? |

According to an American expert my fly is probably related to the Rhamphomyia atra group, and there are many similar undescribed species in North America. |
