Tachinidae?, Norway

Size approx. 4 mm. Photos from 24.06.2011, in coastal area in Bodø, northern Norway. Seems like wings is in resting position, was sitting like this all the time while I took the photos.

Have tried to use a key for family ID, and looked through the gallery also. Could it be Tachinidae? Does not look like a typical tachinid I think, but could not find other possible families... |

I too thought it might be a tachinid but I just don't recognise it ... I thought as a wild guess maybe Loewia but I am really not sure without seeing other angles or a specimen
