Hi, i netted quite a few of these flies outide Oslo, Norway in the weekend. It looks maybe as a Campiglossa sp. or Dioxyna sp.?

Do you see the white posterior notopleural? It is very probably Campiglossa punctella Fallen or C. absinthii.

Unfortunately, I do not see its katepisternal seta clearly, but the possibility to find C. absinthii is much higher than for punctella
