Loewia species. If face without bristles for their total length, than Loewia foeda very probably.

In Roumania, I'd except several Loewia. The petiole of the topcell might be a little long for L. foeda. I'd keep it to Loewia spec. If you'd care to share the specimen indue time, we could say more. Theo |
