maybe Urophora cuspidata It's hard to say without studying the tip of female genitalia. Saeed |

Using some detective methods (Rubus could grow together w/ Carduus, the host plant of U. solstitialis rather than with Centaurea scabiosa, the host plant of U. cuspidata), I'd say the first option, Urophora solstitialis L. has much higher probability.
