Dolichopodidae, Rhaphium cf. crassipes, northern Norway

Looked through the gallery, is this Rhaphium crassipes or a very similar species? Bodylength between 5 and 7 mm I think. Found in vegetation close to some mudflats (slowrunning stream meeting the ocean). Photos from today (30.05.2011), Bodø, Norway.
