This fly was 6 mm. I dont know if something is wrong with this fly. Can anyone help with family and perhaps genus? Thanks for link Sara. It seems to be one of the 6-7 species in Sweden and looks a bit like furta but with banded eyes. Does anyone know more about this curved flies? Kurt Holmqvist |

It isn't furta as the shape of the eye would be different. It could be almost any of the other species. They are quite tricky, even with the actual specimen at hand.
