Hydrophoria lancifer(male) is the correct name? Thank you very much. Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra, approximately 700 m above sea level 05.05.2011.

This could be Hylemya urbica. Do any of your pictures show the hairs on the arista? |
