Small black/white winged longneck most cerlainly isn't the right name for this small (2-3 mm) creature of which half a dozen were speeding around on the trumk of my garden Birch. Tachydromia something?. Help?

Thanks for the suggestions. Have about a dozen Tachydromia in Denmark, so I thik this one will have to go down as Tachydromia cf umbrarum, if not somebody are able to get rid of the cf.
