I'd appreciate any hint on the identification of this syrphid fly (I guess it is). The fly was visiting flowers of Cistus monspeliensis (Cistaceae) at a forest clearing site in the Sierra de Cazorla mountains (800 m elevation), southeastern Spain. Picture was taken on 15 May 2011.
